Services

Every service I provide is built on one mission: to change the way we heal. Through movement, breath, and energy, I guide you toward resilience, recovery, and lasting wellness — beyond what traditional therapy alone can offer.

One on One Treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy

Every session is 100% one-on-one with Dr. Savannah Torrez, PT, DPT — a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. You’ll never be rushed or handed off to an aide. Instead, you’ll receive focused, individualized care designed to meet your unique needs.

Dr. Torrez is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist with advanced training in a wide range of techniques, including:

  • Vestibular Rehabilitation

  • Graston Technique® (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization)

  • Spinal Manipulation

  • Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR)

  • RockTape® (kinesiology taping)

  • Total Motion Release®

  • Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

With these tools, she can assess how your body moves, uncover the root causes of pain or dysfunction, and create a treatment plan that restores mobility, reduces pain, and improves overall performance.

Here, you’ll have the time, attention, and expertise you deserve to support your recovery and long-term wellness.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a manual therapy technique that uses specialized cups and suction to create a gentle vacuum effect on the body. This lift helps decompress tight muscles and fascia, promotes circulation, and encourages your body’s natural healing process.

There are several ways cupping can be applied:

  • Static Cupping – cups are placed and left in one spot to release tension.

  • Dynamic Cupping – cups are applied while you move, targeting mobility and movement patterns.

  • Myofascial Dragging – cups are glided along the skin to lift and shear tissues for a deeper release.

In treatment, your therapist may blend all three styles to best meet your needs. Cupping is especially effective for easing painful or tight tissues, releasing trigger points, improving flexibility, and restoring healthier movement.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a highly effective treatment that uses a very thin, sterile needle to release muscular trigger points — the tight, knotted areas within a muscle that can cause pain, limit mobility, and affect proper muscle activation.

By gently inserting the needle into these dysfunctional tissues, we create a small, controlled micro-injury. This stimulates your body’s natural healing response, increases blood flow, and helps reset the muscle back to a healthier state. The result is decreased pain, improved range of motion, and better overall muscle function.

Dry needling can be a powerful standalone treatment, but it’s often even more effective when combined with other techniques such as cupping, scraping, or targeted exercises to address the root cause of pain and restore optimal movement.

Wellness and Injury Prevention

Wellness is more than just rehab — it’s self-care for your body before small issues become big ones. At TPTW, we combine movement assessments with personalized exercise programming to help you move better, feel stronger, and protect your long-term health.

Whether you’re aiming to hit a new PR, get back into a regular fitness routine, or simply take care of your body so you can keep doing the things you love, we’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle. Together, we’ll focus on prevention, accountability, and sustainable progress — so you can invest in your health now and avoid setbacks later.

Compression Therapy

Compression therapy — particularly pneumatic compression — uses controlled pressure to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and speed up muscle recovery. By flushing out metabolic waste, decreasing soreness, and enhancing lymphatic flow, it’s an effective tool for athletes, active individuals, or anyone looking to move and feel better.

In physical therapy, we use compression therapy to support healing, optimize recovery, and enhance performance.
💡 Compression units are also available for rent for local patients.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance in the body. Through guided sessions, you can experience greater mental clarity, reduced stress, increased energy, enhanced performance, and deeper healing.

As a Resurrect Breathwork Facilitator, Dr. Torrez helps clients connect mind and body, foster emotional release, and build resilience through the simple yet transformative power of the breath.

Available in-person (one-on-one or group sessions) and online via Zoom.
